At Elspiri Counselling Collective, we offer a range of services that include clinical counselling support, family mediation and mental health education. Most services can be offered in person or online to people across BC. If you don't see what you are looking for on this page, get in touch because we may be able accommodate your needs or could provide a referral to a service that can.

Whenever possible we have student interns to ensure we can provide low-cost counselling options, if you are enrolled in a masters program and exploring placement options please reach out.

Individual Counselling
In person, Online or Phone
Individual counseling is a collaborative process where you work one on one with a therapist to explore your thoughts and feelings, challenge unhelpful narratives and uncover the root causes of issues. Our therapists provide a safe and supportive environment for this exploration, focusing on the therapeutic relationship, individual strengths and client empowerment. Approaches are tailored to your unique needs and all of our therapists utilize a variety of treatment modalities in their work.

You can choose to attend therapy in-person or online, our goal is to make the process as comfortable and convenient as possible for you.
COST:
Clinical Social Work (RSW): $130
Registered Clinical Counsellor: $135

Couples and Family Therapy
Couples counselling, family therapy and mediation
Couples and family counseling focuses on improving communication, understanding, trust and connection between partners or within families. It is a supportive space to explore unhealthy patterns, acknowledge each others strengths, deepen empathy and set intentions. Our counsellors will work together with you to develop authentic relationships, have brave conversations and discover threads of connection.

Jenn Reid, a registered social worker, also offers family mediation sessions to help navigate conflict, find creative solutions and ensure that everyone around the table has a voice.
COST:
Couples Counselling with Registered Social Worker (RSW): $150
Family Mediation Session (90 mins): $175

Training and Education

One of our collective goals is to normalize talking about mental health and well-being through providing affordable and accessible education opportunities. We offer education, training and workshops tailored to the unique needs of organizations, agencies, and community groups. Jenn Reid is an instructor at Selkirk and has extensive group facilitation experience. She is passionate about destigmatizing mental health, creating space within teams for brave conversations and offering opportunities to learn new skills.
